- Have Experience in Marketing Communication and Event Organizer is an Added Value
- Familiar with Customer Satisfaction
- Able to work under pressure both individually and in team
JOBDESK
- Handle Customers who Submit Complaints of Questions about Service on all Social Media Channels
- Forward Potential Leads From all Social Media Channels to Related Teams
- Create Customer Satisfaction Analysis, Potential Leads and Customer Complaints Report Periodically
- Collecting Customer Database with NPS & MAPS tools

JOBDESK
- Looking for Tender Information in Institutions, Ministries Goverment adn Private Companies
- Prepare Everything for the success of the tender (documents, registration, technical, price etc)
- Manage Customer Relationship Management Database
- Coordinate with sales and related teams to determine buying & selling rate
- Make sales performance report, pipeline monitoring and sales rolling forecast periodically
